Overview
Castaway Island is a four star resort located due west of Nadi international airport, in the popular Mamanuca Islands. Castaway provides a unique South Pacific island experience - a great way to relax, unwind and enjoy life’s simple pleasures: comfortable accommodations, great food and a host of day and night time activities from which to choose. The moment you come ashore you sense the difference, for Castaway is not just an island – it is people – the warmest, friendliest bunch of Fijians you are ever likely to meet.

Accommodation
Castaway offers sixty six spacious, traditionally thatched Fijian style bures with a choice of beach front, ocean view or island location. All bures feature one king size bed and most include two additional single beds in their configuration, with those bures comfortably sleeping up to four persons (maximum). There is also one Family Bure which sleeps a maximum of ten guests. 

Each traditionally thatched bure features a high vaulted ceiling with overhead fans. In most bures, sleeping and living quarters are separate and all bures have a refrigerator together with tea and coffee making facilities. 

Activities
Paddle boards, catamaran sailing, snorkelling, glass bottom boat, tennis, beach volley ball, banana boat rides, SCUBA diving, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiing, parasailing, hand line fishing.

Honeymooners
Bottle of sparkling wine on arrival plus two Castaway sulus (sarongs) and a tropical fruit basket.

Kids
Complimentary supervised Kids Club for 3 to 12 year olds runs from 9am to 9pm daily.

Special
Book four nights at Outrigger on The Lagoon Fiji and three nights minimum at Castaway and you will receive a FREE 20 minute scenic helicopter transfer between the resorts. Free transfers are one way, for two people and not available with any other specials.

Transfers
10 – 15 minutes by helicopter or seaplane from Nadi. 1 to 2 hours by launch depending on schedule.
